Are you referring to trekking, hiking, or mountaineering footwear? There are lots of stores in Cebu where these shoes are available. Merrel, ROX, and Gaisano Department store in Ayala Center Cebu; or Columbia, Northface, and Timberland in SM are just a few of the stores where you can get these shoes.
If you are referring to rock climbing shoes, then we only know of one place that sells them: ROX in Ayala Center Cebu. However, note they have limited stocks.
