We are halfway through our Experience Antique familiarization tour, so it’s time for a short break. And what a surprising break it is! We recalled the words of former US diplomat Vernon Walters: “The expected rarely occurs and never in the expected manner.” True! A little over a week ago, we received a very unexpected email from the Best Cebu Blogs Awards committee that Adrenaline Romance is shortlisted as a finalist for the Best Cebu Travel Blog category.
Obviously, we were totally dazzled as we did not expect this nomination. However, this is not a grand slam of our own making. No, we don’t take credit for it.

- You, our fellow bloggers, whom we have shared moments, knowledge, and support with. Awesome is not enough of a word to describe you.
- You, critics, who gave us objective and constructive criticism. You are vital for Adrenaline Romance’s continuing improvement.
- You, our cool friends, who never failed to make us laugh, smile, cry and much more. Our friendship will always be cherished.
- You, our families and loved ones, who have always supported us in whatever way they can. We are truly lucky that we are bonded with you in blood.
Each of you forms an integral part of Adrenaline Romance. With your overwhelming support, we are now at the precipice. On November 27, 2016, we will be with other top Cebu bloggers at the Best Cebu Blog Awards 2016.
We have bagged the title of Best Cebu Travel Blog in 2014. Will we get the title again? We absolutely don’t know. But one thing is for sure. Whether we remain a finalist or go home with a nice trophy, this victory—all of it—is yours. You deserve this.

I am actually seeing and sensing the heart that is full of gratitude and appreciation in a dissimilar way.
